The Event
Come along and join me for my first 5k event!
On Sunday 21st December 2025, High Lodge will host the first Daffodil Dash for Marie Curie. Runners of all abilities are welcome! This will a fun morning out where you can run, jog, walk, skip, dance or crawl around the trails!
The trail will be clearly marked so you can enjoy the views and suroundings. The trail will be a mix of woodland area, grass and sandy terrain. Watch your footing and look out for roots through the woods!
Canicross is welcome! Run with one or two dogs and please be courteous to those around you. Canicrossers will start the trail ten minutes after dogless runners.
As this is a fun charity event, there is no official timing system, so make sure you bring your Garmin or other smart device to time your run!
There will be a finishers memento for all entrants and water for humans and dogs will kindly be provided by local businesses.
Entry will be confirmed on receipt of a donation to Marie Curie via my Enthuse fundraising page, or sent to me via PayPal. All the money will go direct to Marie Curie.
