The Daffodil Dash Terms & Conditions

I, the participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding my participation in the Marie Curie Daffodil Dash:

1. Personal Responsibility: I understand that I am fully responsible for my own safety and well-being during this event. I recognise that running involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical exertion, varying weather conditions, and potential hazards on the trails.

2. Non-Qualified Guide: I acknowledge that while Sophia & volunteers are organising this event, this is not an official race. I accept that their role is to facilitate the event and provide support, but they are not responsible for my individual safety or that of other participants.

3. Health and Fitness: I confirm that I am in good health and physically fit to participate in this challenge. I have sought any necessary medical advice prior to participating and understand the demands of this race.

4. Liability Waiver: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sophia Harris and any associated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation in the Daffodil Dash

5. If I am running with my dog(s), I accept I am responsible for them and their behaviour and agree to be courteous to other runners and visitors to Brandon Park.
